Banned PSN player takes aim at Microsoft, Nintendo - News at GameSpot

This article is crazy! This kid is suing Sony for banning him from the PS Network, Microsoft for the RROD on his Xbox, and Nintendo for disabling the homebrew channel on the Wii. This reads like something from The Onion...only it's very real.

I'm not an expert when it comes to lawsuits and lawyers, but wouldn't he have to pay the lawyers a lot more than $100? Why not just pay the $100 for the XBox and get it over with?
