#39. I love this one. Nature is a healing thing. It will bring joy and peace to you. You are a part of it, but a lot of people don't realize it. They spend their time inside houses and buildings trying to shut Nature out. This is a mistake. Be part of it, realize it is part of you and find the peace and serenity it offers every day or night. It is the miracle you see everyday but may overlook.

Good stuff but this reminds me of these fat women I used to work with who would mass e-mail encouraging stories and lists. It just started to piss me off, I just wanted them to stop.
When I'm ninety I hope I kicked enough ass I dont have to write a list of how to enjoy life and notice the small things. . . kinda like chuck norris. (The imaginary one, not the one who is political and really does write memoirs)

Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you do criticize him, you'll be a mile away and you'll have his shoes.

Don't let your meat loaf.
If it doesn't kill you, it'll make you weaker so something else can.
