VU tops Lipscomb 95-73 in season opener NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Vanderbilt had four players score in double figures as the Commodores shot 59 percent from the floor in the Commodores 95-73 season opening win over Lipscomb at Memorial Gym Monday night. VU got a game-high 20 points from Jeffery Taylor and the Commodores outscored the Bisons' 46-28 in the paint. VU tops Lipscomb 95-73 in season opener
