Read over on Rivals that Newky is pissed about the lack of PT that was promised to him by Laney and Co and hasn't been at practice...who knows what the truth is...supposedly there will be a "statement" concerning the situation on Tuesday.
I wouldn't look for Richardson to be a Vol next year. It's not about playing time though. It's about homesickness. Nu'keese said something a couple of weeks ago about the coaches don't decide who plays more or less time, the players do.
Sounds like somebody I don't want on the team if that is the case. Lane has tried to play him at punt returner, kick returner, quarterback, and wide receiver and frankly he hasn't done much of anything special besides maybe one or two plays. Lane sticks by his promises. BB has played in every game and has had a good amount of touches(he would have more if Montario wasn't such a stud). Janzen Jackson is on the field for just about every defensive and special teams play. These freshmen are getting PT because they are producing. Richardson needs to quit whining and go out and prove something(again if this is the case).

If that is the case then I will retract my previous statements. I have sensed that Richardson has not been comfortable since he arrived at UT. I am just trying to prove a point that CLK isn't making promises he is not keeping.

Coach Kiffin said this evening that everything is fine with Nuke. It is rumored he will be suspended from the Memphis game for missing a practice, but his Aunts came up to Knoxville to tell him to stick it out and that's what it looks like he'll do at present.
