Does this count as a secondary violation?

I heard that some Vol fans are printing up shirts that say "Free Cooter." I wouldn't recommend buying one for your "special lady friend."

With a name like "Jim Bob Cooter" he deserves to be in jail---or playing for Clemson!

Okay, this isn't a real story, is it? This is just a follow-up gag, like the UT offers and gets commitment from 13-year old, isn't it? Seriously... it's a trick, right? Nobody is really named Jim Bob Cooter.

Sadly, it is true. Cooter is from Lynchburg, VA. I know they're REEEEEL proud.
