Ci, Jackson's role in the whole thing is unclear. I haven't seen the police report, but I am hearing that he was inside the store from some folks while others are saying he was waiting in the car.
If he was in the store, he can try to make the argument that he didn't know what was going on and said "let's go" upon returning not because he was serving as a lookout, but because he was ready to go. Is it believable enough to get him off the hook for armed robbery? Is it believable enough to save his spot on the team? For me, regardless of whether or not he is ultimately shown to be innocent of the charge, there is way too much smoke around the guy. He was supposed to be in bed. And if his previous suspension isn't enough to deter his poor judgment, then we don't need him anyway.
