other than Ole Miss? Auburn. I thought we had a great chance to go 9-3 this season. If Chizik rallied the troops against UK and Arky, we would've done just that, if not better.

You can't seriously be down on Auburn this season, 6-3 at this point is not that bad at all.
I don't see UGA being such a disappointment. They lost the top QB in the NFL draft along with Moreno. You don't just recover from that. I know many Dawg fans expected to, but that just wasn't realistic. I know after Cox lit up the Hogs you all got a false sense of security, but that was against a high school defense.
I agree about UGA. They had a lot to replace on offense; but they seem to have actually done okay on that side of the ball. It's the defense not improving that has to be the most disappointing aspect for Dawg fans. There's plenty of talent there, so it seems to be more of a coaching problem than an athlete problem.

Actually for once, I agree with Kreiger. Ole Miss had a really bad game against Auburn, but I also saw a ton of talent out on the field. There is no reason UK or Arky should of beat them, and I think they could have played LSU closer. I still like OM has been way more disappointing, but I think that Auburn could have been playing for a Capital One Bowl appearance possibly. They will most likely still get the Cotton Bowl, which isn't bad atall
In context, the losses we have are disappointing. But at the beginning of the year, if you told me this Auburn team would be 6-3, I probably would have slapped you.
I agree with the list, except for Illinois and USF. They can keep dreaming - this season wasn't going to go their way no matter what. Also, I'd say Oklahoma, Va Tech, and Ohio State have all had a way more disappointing season than USC. USC does what they always do: fail.
As for Georgia, I would say they are a disappointment. Regardless of whether the Gators would be undefeated at this point in the season if teams were playing better or not, the fact is that we've already clinched the East. And no other team is even close. THAT is a disappointment.
ONE TWO THREE FOUR FIVE DEM DA GATAS DON'T TAKE NO JIVE
I LOVE how USC always manages to find their way to the top of ANY list dealing with college football. That's more sickening than anything!
This is ALL subjective, so there aren't any right or wrong answers. That said, Georgia and Ole Miss should be MUCH higher while Oklahoma really doesn't belong on the list in my opinion. The Rebs and Dawgs have been utter failures to this point. Neither has a win over anybody of consequence and neither have really even competed with the tougher opponents on their schedules.
Oklahoma on the other hand lost their all-everything QB and has lost their 3 games by a total of 5 points... all to ranked opponents! Would any of us be calling the Gators a disapointment had they lost Tebow, lost a 1 pt game at LSU, lost a 1 pt game to Alabama, and then lost to a ranked non-conference opponent?? I know, I know... fat chance they'd EVER schedule like that!
Anyway... just my thoughts on things!
Phyllis-But it is a big deal. You almost killed Stanley. Dwight-Yeah right! I filled him full of butter and sugar for 50 years and forced him not to exercise!

I'd imagine that losing Bradford is what qualified them as a disappointment. It didn't specify there was any kind of criteria, just that they were the most disappointing teams. Oklahoma is disappointing because they lost a Heisman Trophy winning QB...yet that still qualifies them as disappointing. Try to tell a Sooner fan he isn't disappointed.
Also, it should be noted that most of these lists on Fox Sports with College Football are compiled by Lisa Horne who also runs a blog there and is a BLATANT USCw homer. She doesn't even try to hide that fact. Thus it's no surprise that USC somehow manages to top each and every one of these lists.
Not nearly as much as being a fan of one.........It's only one week of disappointment....not a lifetime...............
Ahh, if football was all that mattered, attending the University of Mississippi is quite the blessing in itself. Enjoying the Grove week in and week out and enjoying the pleasant and pretty company all around you does outweigh the negatives of having a more disappointing than not football team. Having a team that is at least relatively respected versus two years ago being a FCS team in the SEC is a nice change as well.
It has been a disappointing year so far, but I am at least of the opinion that it will hopefully turn around.
