Default So if Andre is ineligable....
Bama would have to forfeit the games he played in, correct?

Well that means we got #7

However I'd rather them get their undefeated season.

I don't want to get a Win for a 36-0 blowout

You are assuming the contact with the agent was made before the Iron Bowl. It most likely has happened in the past couple of weeks, and thus he never played as inelligable.

Plus look back at the 2005 Oklahoma case. They had two players that received thousands of dollars, and yet they did not have to forefit any games.

The days of the NCAA hammering schools appear to be over. In the most recent Alabama case, the NCAA told Bama to cooperate and they would go easy on them. That didn't happen and now schools have finally wised up and started fighting back (See Oklahoma in 2005). I think the NCAA realizes the they are the ones that need the schools....schools don't need the NCAA.

Frankly I WOULD LOVE FOR THE KOKSUKING NCAA TO COME AFTER THE TIDE AGAIN, THEY ARE LUCKY THEY HAVENT LOST THEIR ASS AND THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVENT IS BECAUSE THE TIDE HAS PLAYED FAIR AND HASNT SUED THEIR ASS

WHEN USC AND COUNTLESS OTHER SCHOOLS CAN GET AWAY WITH 500% MORE THAN WHAT THE TIDE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF, THEY CAN'T HOLD THEIR OWN PISS LET ALONE THINK ABOUT CHALLENGING US

Wrong, if punative action is taken against a player once the violation has occured then there is no forfeiting of games. And as others have said, it appears his dealings with an agent are recent, and therefore would have no impact on the rest of the season.

Which ever relative it is that contacted or had contact with the scum, should be locked in a room with Andre' for about 15 or 20 minutes and let HIM settle it.

For Bama to be in NCAA trouble (assuming that the NCAA follows its own rules, of course), we would have had to play Andre knowing that there were eligibility issues.

If you go back to the textbook problem in 2007, the players committed the infractions early in the academic year--but they didn't get suspended until the school found out about it--right before the TN game.

There has been no information suggesting that Bama delayed at all in taking action once it was made aware of the situation, so there should be no NCAA problems.

If you play football at USC you can get away with murder. Literally. But not armed robbery, crazy I know

Word on the street is Andre didn't violate any NCAA rule instead it was a team rule. The bottom line is Andre has too much at risk to continue playing any college football game, anyway. Andre needs to focus on the NFL combine and collect his $20 million signing bonus.

Alabama will make an example out of this situation. Watch the Attorney General file charges against this sports agent.
After everything is said and done, more is said than done. Defy Conventional Wisdom - Noah
