Like I was saying a week ago.

Now it appears that Luc may not in fact be an early enrollee however which could push back his commitment and allow either UF or possibly FSU to get back in the mix. It's something to keep an eye on.

I have a close contact that writes for a national recruiting service that spoke to Chaz Green who you may have heard UT has jumped ahead for and this is what he had to say:

What he likes about UT: "I like their offense I like how they run pro style run a zone blocking scheme"

On a potential second visit to Tennessee: "I'm not sure I mean I really liked my visit up there so it's possible"

"Mainly Coach Reeves but also Coach Cregg their Offensive Line coach. I'm real close with all their coaches and they really like me a lot. Coach (Lane) Kiffin has taken personal interest with me and Monte Kiffin, he's from around the area, and he came to my school last week so it's a good relationship."

When we can expect a commitment: "Probably on signing day. I still have to get to schools like Southern Cal and maybe Florida so it's probably going to be Signing day."

I heard soon, but as I indicated, his parents will have to visit Knoxville first thus no, I didn't expect it to happen by now. I know that Luc nearly committed on his trip according to one person I talk to and that's what led him to believe a commitment may come soon. The problem is financial at this point. Luc has used his official visit already so they would have to finance the visit themselves. They are pricing cheap fares from Lauderdale so you should see a visit happen. I'll keep you all abreast of the situation.

BTW, the info is solid. Its fine though you guys are going after another LB (forgot his name) thats supposed to be a better fit and a little more athletic

I'm low key over there because I hardly ever go over there. Nothing I have posted on Jeff Luc has been from VQ. I don't even think they've been able to get a hold of Luc.
