Auburn commits Here are some stats i found on how auburn's commits did this past weekend:
Auburn commit, Fort Valley (Ga.) Peach County wide receiver Chris Slaughter, had three catches for 153 yards (51.0 avg.) and two touchdowns (85, 13) in the 40-37 in overtime win. He also returned a kickoff 88 yards for a score.
Newark (Md.) Snow Hill running back Benjamin Tate, rushed for 202 yards on just seven carries and scored three touchdowns in a 64-6 win over Washington.
On the season, Tate has carried the ball 38 times for 778 yards and 12 touchdowns. He's averaging 194.5 yards per game and 20.5 yards per carry.
Four-star defensive tackle Bart Eddins, (Montgomery (Ala.) Trinity) had nine tackles, six of which were solos, and two sacks leading the Wildcats to a big 17-6 win over Geneva.
On the season, the 6-foot-4, 250-pounder has compiled 39 total tackles, 31 solos, seven sacks, two fumble recoveries and a blocked field goal.
Terrell Zachery (WR) helped lead the No. 1-ranked Bulldogs to a 34-14 win over Winterboro.
Terrell had two interceptions, broke up two passes and recovered a fumble on defense. He also finished with 204 all-purpose yards gained on seven rushes, two receptions, one kickoff return and two punt returns.
So far this season, Terrell has 24 receptions for 520 yards (21.7 avg.) and six touchdowns. He's also returned nine punts for 281 yards (31.2 avg.) and two scores.
Oak Grove High School (Hattiesburg (Miss.) beat Wingfield 62-16. Hendrick Leverette had 12 total tackles, nine of which were solos, and three tackles-for-loss in just three quarters of action.
So far this season, Leverette has 41 total tackles, 28 solos and five tackles-for-loss. He's averaging more than 10 tackles per game.
Defensive end Zach Clayton led the Opelika Bulldogs with six tackles playing in just two and a half quarters. Opelika's defense gave up ONLY 39 total yards in a 56-0 victory over Smiths Station last Friday.
Opelika now 6-0 on the season and ranked No. 4 in Class 6A. They have outscored their opponents 264-15.
So far this season, Zach Clayton has 19 tackles, three sacks, one quarterback pressure and three pass breakups. |
