Default LAST SEC RB TO WIN HEISMEN.
for all you haters of ingram, no sec RB has won the heisman since Bo Jackson. in the sec you earn your yards, and hes done this consistently through out the year. give this man the heisman.

I don't hate on him. I just think they'll give it to McCoy because Tebow and Bradford have already gotten it.

I kinda hope he doesn't get it. It's an overrated award anyway.

I wish he did. 2 things. 1. Alabama hasn't had one. 2. I can't think of a more humble and deserving player that deserves it more. Now I want a NC more, but it would be a really great thing for him to have considering what he does and how he goes about doing it. This young man oozes class.

It is definitely overrated as the best player in college doesn't necessarily play for one of the best teams. As for hatin' on Ingram that is limited to blind homers. Not only is he an amazing athlete, he is also a real quality kid. I wouldn't mind him winning it because as I've said before he is a great face for the SEC.

yeah Ive yet to see a more classy kid in college football this year. remember when he got interviewed after the Mississippi state game, PURE CLASS. ALSO when tate said he was the best RB in the state, ingram was like im not getting into all this stuff, he just stays out of trouble and is an amazing athlete and an excellent role model. hey running backs take notes.

It depends who gets it if its an overrated award. You would be foolish to say you don't want him go get it though. Come on now.. It's a great award.

I'd take Tebow as the classiest personally.

I would say in a head to head "nice off" it would be tightly contested. I would like to see this side of conference kids on display a little more often. Sometimes we get so caught up in the bad we forget that the bad kids are generally in the minority. Same thing in the NFL. So many nice, charitable things going on that get zero coverage.

I think Ingram deserves to be in the running but I wouldn't vote for him if I had a vote. I think Alabama would be where they are if Ingram were not on the team. Upchurch and Richardson would not be as great but they wouldn't far behind. I would vote Gerhart. He is the main reason why Stanford has stomped teams like USC and Oregon. Alabama would be where they are without Ingram, Florida is probaly a one loss team without Tebow, and Texas wouldn't be in the running without McCoy. I like Gerhart or McCoy.
PM me for sigs

I've been alive during 4 National Championships and 10 SEC Championships and this would be the first time ever watching the Heisman ceremony where an Alabama player has a legit shot at getting the trophy. Thats amazing considering the 107+ First Team All-Americans that have played at the Capstone.
"....barely undefeated"
