I don't buy this for one second with respect to our bowl situation. I think we at least make the Chick-fil-a bowl. The Cotton Bowl will take Ole Miss and the Outback will likely select # 2 in the east(they have not taken a team from the west since 1996). Then even if we lose to UK and UT wins out, we have the head to head against Ark & Aub. Which means, we will be #6 in the SEC and heading to the Chick-fil-A, right?

People say Florida is performing below expectations. I say we're just scaling our performance based on the opponent, and will give Alabama a sufficiently rough time in the SECCG for us to win it.

I just think the Gators will "surprise" everybody by "suddenly" being a "good team". It's not like we've been losing our games. Urban Meyer has made sure the team does what it needs to do to secure a win. And that seems to be his primary interest, at the expense of "looking good doing it."

I completely agree LawDawg. The only way the Outback can take us (as I understand it) is if the Cotton Bowl passes on us. We filled the stadium last year against Tech and the Dallas papers wrote about how Bar Records were set with the Rebels in town, so I don't see them passing on us. But who knows, maybe they are trying to shake it up a bit.

If McCluster can have another day like Saturday against LSU, there is a good chance we finish third in the SEC which means Capital One bowl, but I am not sure that is going to happen.
