I think it's funny that an SEC team is picked to go undefeated by, iono everyone, with two SEC road games left. I'm not saying AU will def beat them, but don't be surprised if the slip up. I mean, it IS the SEC. now Florida on the other hand has a padded, easier road so i understand that pick.
So what do you guys think? Is it just me?
*. a big reason i decided to go after bama, is because zomg, they troll every single auburn article on the al blog, and espn dot com.
"they suck. Awbarn an Cheezit are terrible! 5-19! even tho cheezit is 7-3 his first year and lord saban was 6-6"

I know that Alabama has some games ahead of them that may pose challenges, but until they play Florida, I can't see them faltering. When it comes down to the SECCG, it will be the two best teams in football playing a game of "who wants the championship more".

While I think Auburn could certainly hold its own against Alabama, I think the $EC has proven that it will let nothing come in between a showdown between undefeated FL and Bammer. Get ready for more inexplicable calls, and coaching fines for comments after the game.
Someone on hogville did a statistical correlation on margin of victory vs penalty yardage difference for FL and Bama games, and the results are pretty eye opening.

dude, you're slowly becoming a joke around here with the conspiracy stuff, its laughable
how would the conspiracy go down? secret emails to secret email accounts? memo's sent to secret po boxes? hush money to ALL that would have to be involved, with secret bank accounts overseas, or delivery men delivering cash............and all that with death threats to any ref or anyone in the loop that goes to some media entertainment venue for millions of dollars to rat out the scheme?

The fact that the concept of math is even available in Ar kansas is beyond me. Keep it up junior, your badge is coming.

Now one knows how conspiracies work, that's why we'll never know.

Correlation does not imply causation.
Could it be that the top two teams are also disciplined?

It was the referee behind the grassy knoll. Did you notice that flag went back and to the left? How does that happen? No single man can fire off that many flags in so short a time frame. And tell me that Saban victory cigar didn't smell Cuban. Hmmm...?

I hate when people say this. You can throw a flag for something on every play, it's just the timing of the calls.
You can also know your counts when you're on the line, get your plays run before game clock runs out, have the right number of people on the field, and do alot of other things to minimize penalty yardage.
Discipline IS a part of penalty yardage. You can't deny that.
