73 yards from this play. I could watch it over and over!

Yeah I was groaning about the lack of rushing attempts in the first half. It works much better for the QB when you open up the passing game off the run
"....barely undefeated"

but...

I thought Greg McElroy was a terrible QB (tiger gopher)

I thought we were 1 dimensional...

Scotts 34-yarder was the longest run play given up by Alabama this season.

the Tigers were held to 95 yards rushing, the 20th opponent to produce fewer than 100 yards in Alabama’s last 23 games.

LSU managed just 9 yards in the fourth.

and yeah, good ole mr. vinegar himself, tigerdroppins was right on, McElroy is just a bad QB right?

I think Greg did pretty good but he still needs to get his control down a little but on another note Ingram is insane he is so damn good

The Tide had driven more than 45 yards only once. On this possession, at this critical juncture in the season, Alabama drew from a different well, the well only winners tap. (Alabama vs Auburn 2009 ESPN reporter.

Bama had some real opportunities to cash in and couldn't do so...two red-zone opportunities, one in which we throw an INT to keep pts off the board and the other we get a boneheaded penalty to end up with 3 pts and not 7 pts.

But nevertheless a great game for the offense. Mac seemed a LOT more patient going through his reads today. The play-calling was adventerous. Ingram kept on truckin'. Pass protection was as good as it has been since the UK game. I was impressed.

Outgained 'em by 200 yds and people still act like the officials decided the game.

Can we say "bitter"?
MIRACLES HAPPEN!

After a slow start, the offense played very good, and the defense was strong in the 4th, pulled it out against a quality team.
Roll Tide.

Oh My, TigerGoofball is nowhere to be seen after his team is beat. I, for one, am shocked.

He's probably plotting some way to kill the refs. I can't wait to read his reaction to the game, but I'm sure it will just piss me off.

The only bad thing really from this game is that McElroy is still missing wide open receivers on a regular basis. Outside of that, it's gotta feel good to be a Tide fan right now.
