Missstate BAMA OVER LSU, MAY BE BAD FOR BAMA
All my State buddies say they wanted an undefeated Bama team to come to Starkville!!! They got their wish!!! Bulldogs may be ready for the biggest upset of the year, and the biggest upset in MSU history!!! Your thoughts.......

I think upsetting #1 Alabama was probably bigger in our history.

Mississippi State 6, Alabama 3, Nov. 1, 1980: Bear Bryant’s Crimson Tide were ranked No. 1 and, were shooting for an unprecedented third straight national title.

True dat! Clearly Bama would be better off going into MSU with a loss. I think most of the prognisticators have been saying just that. 8-1 is almost always preferable to 9-0 when you're headed to Starkville. This does not bode well. They might even be better off coming in 4-5. I bet Saban is ticked about all those wins now! As it turns out Tennessee actually won by losing. Now the conference has the Tide right where it wants 'em.

I think state will be able to stay in the game for three quarters, but unless they get some help on turnovers or special teams then bama should win this game like they do every other. But I will say that State has shown the ability to step up and play good ball against opponents with much better talent. It will come down to whether or not state can establish the run and not turn the ball over.

You're probably right, hell it could be a 3 point win for either team judging by the workings of this year.

Honestly I think we'll blow MSU out of the water. They're one dimensional on offense with everything going through Dixon and...well lookie thar...our defense is best at stopping the run. We'll beat them by at least 2 TDs.

Yeah i agree with your post to some point but, mini Lee has shown he can throw the ball occasionally. If we can protect the ball and get some run game going Bulldawgs will keep it interesting the whole game. Either way I'm there hoping for a upset.......Go Dawgs!!!!!!
Welcome Coach Mullen and all of the new coaching staff...............Go Dawgs!!!
