Auburn Prayers for Zac Etheridge.....
Hopefully everything turns out ok. It just makes me sick at my stomach to see that happen to anyone. It's sad it takes something like that to remind you that in the end, this is just a bunch of kids playing a game. Glad to see him give the thumbs up!

That was a sad, but powerful moment- I counted 3 different times that the team gathered on the field and prayed together, including once when they surrounded Zac. God bless the young man, I sure hope he is O.K.

They just said he's got full movement in all his extremities. Good news. Just taking him to the hospital as a precaution. Sounds like he's going to be okay.

what happened?
I'll just regress, because I feel I've made myself perfectly redundant.

Good luck to him. Hopefully he pulls through and has a quick recovery.

dcbama made a great point. It is just kids playing a game. I love the game, but I hate it when a player gets hurt.

I think he'll be fine, athletes these days are pretty much like cyborgs, although that was a nasty hit.

Also a class move by the RB from ole miss, most of the time RB's are getting testy and pushing guys off of them when they are in a pile like that. He just remained calm, and before we knew something was wrong. He probably had an idea that he was hurt but he just stayed still until it was taken care of.

Yeah I noticed that as well, that was actually really really classy and smart on his part. I hope all is well and he recovers quick.

Leave it to me, I say in a thread somewhere lets hope for a head injury free weekend, and look what happens.

Let's hope for a speedy recovery!

I honestly thought he was paralyzed. I was glad to see him give the thumbs up to the fans.
