Doesn't matter if Bama is #1 or #2 the road to the crystal ball will go through Florida anyway. At this point, with the way our team is playing we're fortunate to be ranked #2. LSU is going to be tough. I am going to nervous about this for 2 weeks now.

The BCS standings will be more accurate. I guarantee you they will be no higher than 6 or 7.

USC Should be no higher than 8. It pisses me off that they consistently lose to a CRAPPY team every year and stay in contention for the NC. Just more to show that we badly need a playoff in college football.

I'm glad they don't use the fan rankings in the BCS formula

A loss at this point of the season would probably bury Alabama's chances at the natty, so the ranking means nothing. If we want to play for all the marbles, we have to win out. The same probably holds true for Florida as well.
