All refutations are based on our 2008 season. We are a different team. We will not have the freshman QB who threw more completions to the competition than to us. We will not have the dual defensive coordinators who couldn't place talent in the right positions if their lives depended on it.
We will have a QB who can lead the team, run the offense, and not lose the ballgame. We will have a defensive coordinator and new key defensive coaches who have identified and placed the talent appropriately. And, despite what anyone thinks now, as the season progresses, it will show that LSU has the best group of running backs, the best overall offense, and a top-notch defense. Get ready to be surprised.
I usually like your posts.
But this is out of control. LSU has too much work to do and not enough time to catch Florida on offense. And what about Alabama, Ole Miss, and Florida's defense? Hell, even South Carolina is going to have a great defense.
If LSU beats Florida in the SEC Championship game, assuming both teams even make it there, I'll quit posting.
(Happy TBone?)

The best team on paper don't always win. It's why you play the game. It aint over until somebody from cool kids gang sings. If you come up to a fork in the road, take it. I dunno, pick one. Dude, we all know how good your team gonna be but we aint small cats either. (ie another name for kitties that are whimps) Ya got to sho up. Ya got to sho up with no hangover. Ya got to sho up with no hangover and nobody's buddy fooled around with their girlfriend. Ya got to sho up with no hangover, nobody foolin around with wrong woman and it won't hurt to have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. Damn boy, hike that ball!
Of course the best team on paper doesn't always win. My post doesn't say anything about who will or won't win games... it just shows all those claims about LSU having the most talent, deepest team, best defense, and most balanced offense ain't exactly true. I'm sure most of the claims were in jest... I just made sure everybody got the joke.
HOWEVER, the best team on paper may not always win every game; but it's usually a pretty good indicator who's going to win most of the games. The 2 best teams on paper last year went 23-1 in the regular season.

Dude..... your QB is 1-1, I wouldn't QUITE put so much on him just yet. And didn't your defense lose some key players? I KNOW they lost a big leader on defense
And you gotta be off you rocker to think LSU is going to beat BOTH UGA and UF......

All that is cool but which undefeated team are you talking about?
Good grief, you LSU fans talk more about Jefferson that UF fans do about Tebow. AND HE HAS WON A HEISMAN!! Give it a rest on the Jefferson talk please, at least until he does something worth any merit
You won't hear many UGA fans putting a lot of emphasis on Cox, we are confident in him yes, but he hasn't played enough to really know for sure he will be great. On a side note, Cox is a senior and Jefferson is a Sophomore. Which do you think would be the better leader?

Easy big shot. Those aren't crows.... theys Jayhawks. And without them you'd suffer in the race for the Rep king.
