In my humble opinion, Alabama vs. Ole Miss. Houston Nutt has something up his sleeve and he's saving it for Alabama and possibly something for LSU or Arkansas too. Saban is going to go nuts on defense though. He's gonna have too. Especially against the Wildcat offense which has been proven to work many times.
Arkansas was known for dragging stronger opponents into overtime and wearing them out. That was Nutt-job's doing. I hope Alabama doesn't go into overtime against OM with it being Greg McElroy's first year as a starter. I'd hate to see him choke in the third overtime with 8 seconds to go on third down and 40 to go. That would be my biggest concern and he can either learn from it or let it bring him down the rest of the season.
That's a pretty good call. I'm looking forward to Arkansas-Ole Miss. I want to see how it goes with Petrino having the full year to get his system going, and with Houston Nutt having a full year to screw things up

I'm neither a fan of Petrino or Nutt, I was a fan of Petrino when he was at UofL. But if I had to choose the lesser of two weasels, I'd pick Petrino. I'd like to see Petrino win again, except against Alabama.

I freakin hate Booby Petrino, he's a scumbag. But I'm interested to see if he can do at Arkansas what he did at Louisville. He's got a lot to prove this year. As far as Houston Nutt goes, I've got nothing against him, but if he wants to shut up the naysayers, it's put up or shut up time for him as well. Gotta prove it wasn't a fluke.
Any combination of LSU/Alabama/Ole Miss playing each other is the best matchup

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say South Carolina-Alabama. This game has me excited.
I should have mentioned that. I'm looking forward to that one too. Mainly because the coaches are such clashing personalities and those two don't usually play each other.
Florida Lsu will be a freakin blow out easy and just about everybody else that Florida plays this year too
That would be Florida's biggest potential stumbling block. Florida is a confident bunch of bastards and even being as good as they are...they still aren't as good as they think. LSU will wear their asses out and give Florida all they can handle. This could be the must see event of the year in the SEC. Alabama/Ole Miss and LSU/Bama have promise to. It seems like Bama is involved in these highly anticipated showdowns every single year.
12 National Titles
21 SEC Titles
56 Bowl Games
31 Bowl Victories
GOT TRADITION?

Yeah and Bama, Ole Miss, and LSU will own the west in the coming years
