View Poll Results: What College Football team is Overrated
I put Florida but it wasn't out of disrespect. Florida is in a heck of a position. If they lose one game they don't near live up to the hype. If they win it all they get labeled the greatest team of ALL time with superman running the show. A LOT of other teams won't like that. The best case senerio for you gators is to win it all and then deal with the ones who think you are just top ten on the history list. I understand it's a tough position to be in. Want to swap?

That doesn't make any sense...the question pertains to which team is "over-rated"...not which team has the higher expectations.

My God. I see you were able to score some good drugs while on vacation. Florida? Are you serious? They have everyone coming back on the defensive side of the football. bbqit, no joke, are you originally from South Carolina by chance?

actually I think Trojans. I know this is crazy, but I don't think a green quarterback will do them very good. I hope they are third in the PAC 10 this year.
They are ranked like 22 in all the pre-season shit, but they have lost there qb,rb,2 wr and tons of guys on D. Not to mention they had like the 60th ranked recruiting class last year even after going 13-0 lol

You cannot vote objectively unless Utah is in your top 2. This will not be the same team. Utah had was loaded with experience last season and will be desolate this season.

"I don't know, we haven't played Alabama yet." -- Vince Lombardi after being asked what it felt like to be the greatest football team in the world just after winning the '66 Super Bowl.
The thing is, I wouldn't call Ohio state, Penn State, USC, Texas, or OU bad teams, just credited for doing more than they actually do.
I think all the above are good programs. But all Texas and OU have to do every year to be ESPN's favorite team is beat Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas State, and Texas A&M. No one in the Big Ten deserves any recognition what-so-ever. I have mad respect for JoPa but he's no high caliber coach. Bowden > JoPa. USC is as good as everyone says but they don't deserve to be in a national championship ever year because they don't play anyone.
