By this time Tyler Russell will be the man, and I'm sorry, we have a better QB coach. We also have the #1 QB prospect from the state of Tennessee committed for next season to start under him... I believe the QB curse is over at Mississippi State.

What QB wouldn't want to play under the QB coach who produced Alex Smith and Tim Tebow?

Yeah a team will take a gamble on him.... but not in the 1st round. Go ahead and quote it, write it down, do whatever you want with it. Mark my words, Tim Tebow will not be drafted in the 1st round.

Just pray Mullen don't have to feed him to the sharks week 12 this year, atleast Lee and Relf can teach him to fall before he gets hit by 3 DLineman.

As long as UF doesn't tank this year. Tebow will get drafted in the late first or possibly the second round, he was to good and to hyped in college for someone not to at least take a chance on him.

I also read a local article that the Pouncy twins are finishing up classes this year so they can declare next year also. They should both do well in the draft.

Dude, I know I must sound like a broken record at this point, but the key words here are highlighted. Graham Harrell was outstanding in college, but he didn't even get drafted, and he's a better passer than Tebow, so that just goes to show how just because you are successful in college does not mean you will be highly regarded by the scouts.

The hype behind Tebow and the mancrush ESPN has on him will get him drafted not his abilities or lack there of on the field. I watched an interview with Deon Sanders the other day and he stated that Tebow was a winner in high school and college and will be a winner in the NFL. As much as we know that none of this is even close to making any sense, this kind of blind faith they have in him will make someone take a chance on him at the next level.

2nd string. In the event that Russell doesn't start, he will. Either way it looks like we have a good quarterback situation going on after this season...

You're exactly right. It seems like the W/L record and passing stats don't matter anymore. It's all about "mechanics" and "throwing motion" and all that other garbage NFL analysts comment on when they talk about QB prospects.

so your back up would start over our 5 star who already has bsc level experience? thats slightly ridiculous and completely unfounded. i see you are one of these ole miss fans who thinks all of sudden after one new years day bowl win and all of sudden you are loaded with cream of the crop sec talent.

i never said kent austin wasnt a good qb coach. lord knows nutt wasnt the one who helped snead turn it on at the end of the season.
