During his interview with ESPN...Laney denied telling the recruit that if he went to USC, he would "end up pumping gas"...when asked why the recruit and his coach would lie about it, Laney said, "as soon as I heard about it, I called the recruit...he denied saying it." Well...that's yet another admission of an NCAA violation. Coaches are forbidden from contacting a recruit after they've signed a LOI with another school...  |
