What a Disappointing Telecast

First things first, congratulations to Urban Meyer and the Florida Gators. Proud of you guys for keeping the National Title in the SEC.
It's just sad that fans were treated to the single worst coverage and play by play in Championship history. Who ever the director of this joke was should be ban from sports coverage for life. Where in the hell was the play clock at? They were times I knew it was close to clicking down, but had no way of telling.
And the announcers were nothing more than a joke. Give me anyone beside these two clowns that work the game. It's sad for Gator fans that they had to endure a B team to bring them the play by play as their Gators captured the Victory.
What was the thing with the picture? It reminded me of a film clip and it wasn't as clean as the picture is when CBS, ESPN or ABC works the coverage.
I'm very sad with the job FOX did tonight, and pray to God that this is the last of their telecast of major college events.

I agree that telecast sucked. We watched the same truck and geico commercial a million times. And I'm glad they let the teams play through minor scuffles but the officiating was horrible.

It's FOX! I know everyone thinks that ESPN is out to get them, but they really are the best, in every way shape and form. No one comes close. We will always have something bad to say about sports telecasts, but the fact of the matter is that as long as the game is good, none of us really give a damn when it is all said and done.

Congrats Gators. The SEC is as good as advertised.

Did you guys see when they kept saying, "He is going for it on forth down." And it was third down! Were they in the trailer eating donuts or watching the damn game? It was disgusting. Also, please don't EVER EVER EVER allow the ACC refs. to referee a game the SEC plays in. They were as horrible as I have seen all season.

Yeah... I think the ref's were lost. The announcers had me ready to shoot myself. The random cuts to commercials had me rolling towards the end. If I see that "New Nissan Z" commercial again I'm going to punch a baby. Someone from Fox is gonna get fired. I think Disney could have covered that game better than that... And Congratz Gators. You represented the SEC very well.

I would rather put a sandpaper jacket on my pet gerbil than have to sit through another FOX college football telecast with tonights crew. I better never hear anyone crying about Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson again. CBS is tops followed by ESPN. Todd Blackledge made tonight's color annalist look like that irritating relative explaining driving directions to your aunt Zelma's funeral.

Well of course the refs are gonna suck when you have Jefferson Pilot (ACC) refs in there. What happened, (I could not hear in the bar I was in) when they called for a booth review on Tebow's long incomplete pass when the receiver did not even touch the ball 1st quarter.

Fans should no allow this to go unwarranted. How in the hell can a network go the entire season with not bringing one single regular season college football game, then place two clowns in the booth to bring fans the biggest game of the year? I don't watch CSI boys, but isn't this what they call a clue? I wonder who'll do the play by play in the Super Bowl, Ryan Seacrest & Paula Abdul?
