That is a ton of SEC talent that could be headed to the NFL next year in the 1st and 2nd rounds. Really says something for the quality player we are producing these days.

Maybe it's because I haven't seen him play as much, but I don't see how he can rank Sam Bradford ahead of Stafford nor Beanie Wells ahead of Knowshon. I guarantee you Moreno will have a better career than Wells. I also think Jared Cook will be the first TE taken. But that's why he gets the big ESPN bucks and I'm just a schmuck on a message board.

I think McShay is the only draft analyst I've seen that ranks Bradford ahead of Stafford. Why, I don't know. Seems to me that Stafford has better arm strength and better size, but as you said, I'm just a guy on a message board.

Wells I'm sure his reasoning is that he is bigger, but from what I've seen of Beanie Wells, he doesn't have the same vision and cutback that Moreno does. I also think you might be right about Jared Cook.

only seeing Bradford a couple of times, he's just not as rough around the edges as Stafford is..........I think the NFL sees Stafford being a QB that would still be developing as he entered the league where Bradford is a lil more polished

Basically 1/3rd of the top 64 players come from the SEC. Wow.

I can't believe kenny isn't on the list as top WR's.

He has missed 4 games and the guy still broke Sharpe's record. I guess he doesn't look as appealing as a 6'3 wr so I understand. But geez I think this guy is gunna be good in the NFL.

Perhaps. Although to me it seems Stafford already runs an NFL offense and has a lot more control of the offense than Bradford does. You watch Stafford play and he reads the defense and makes the play call at the line and audibles into it, and I'm not sure I've seen Bradford take that kind of direct control.

He'll get drafted. Missing that playing time will likely keep him out of the 1st and 2nd rounds, but I would expect that he'll get drafted somewhere between the 4th and 7th.

Kenny is waaay too skinny in my opinion and lacks the upper-body strength necessary to separate yourself at the next level. Real good college receiver, real bad NFL prospect. I agree that he will be drafted, but I doubt very seriously he ever does much of anything in the NFL unless he can put some serious weight/muscle on.

Yeah that sounds about right. Just wish he would been in all of our games.

There seems to be a huge exodus of talent this season. There always is, but it just seems a lot more substantial. With the exception of several Bama players just about all of the playmakers in the conference are projected to leave for the NFL or are seniors.

What does this mean for the SEC next year? Tebow's decision to stay or go could be huge.

Most analysts do not have him projected as a very high pick. In fact, he's not even on McShay's list of top QB's. Chris Mortenson when asked about what he thought of Tebow's value in the NFL said "I think he's going to be a heck of a fullback."

Of course the look on his face when he said it strongly insinuated..."Yeah, but who wants a fullback?"

I'm glad it looks as if our only junior on there is Jared Cook. I'd love to see all of our defensive juniors stay. Our defense would be amazing next year if all those guys come back.
