Just got a text that the NCAA hasn't cleared Sidney due to not receiving all documents it has requested..............I smell BS

Which was what I was exactly eluding to earlier when the NCAA was requesting certain documents which aren't being handed over by the Sidney party. Until those papers are handed over, I just don't see Sidney being cleared.

It's seems that Jackson is trying to play both sides of the fence. He's telling the public what they want to hear (i.e. everything's good on the Sidney side) and behind closed doors he is scraping to find a way to get him cleared without providing the full documentation, which it seems will exclude him from amateur status. But I think it's time to cut our losses and try to move on with the season. There's too much potential in this team to be worried about this at this stage in the game. Having said that, I will most definitely have a change of heart and accept Sidney into the family in a heartbeat.

I hope he sues the hell out of the NCAA.. no matter if he plays for us or not. I'm going to start an active anti-NCAA movement.
