Final Four to expand seating to 70,000
NCAA - National Collegiate Athletic Association

They must be expecting UK back soon. They used the Michigan State-UK game as a case study apparently....not sure who else would bring 70 thousand fans to the Final Four.

Maybe they think with a three-peat we can bring that many...

I always wondered why they don't use the entire stadium for the final four especially when its played in Indy, San Antonio, or Atlanta. Seems like a waste of space only using half of a football stadium when you could probably pack the entire thing.

Ive always thought that too but I gotta tell ya...I'd hate to see a final 4 game from the top seats of the upperdeck @ the GA dome. It would be like watching fire ants carry the little white egg around after you trounce on an ant hill.
If I couldn't get a decent view, I'd much rather watch the game at ESPN zone in Atlanta (which btw is packed with tOSU fans during football Saturdays)

I told you that us tOSU fans are everywhere. That is why we have such a huge following. I am just glad I am going to the game the first few weeks because Comcast and the newly founded Big Ten Network are still arguing over the games. So the Bucks might not be on TV for a few weeks which I really can't remember the last time they weren't on TV every week.

Yeah I went to a Buffalo wild wings last year in North Atlanta. My wife was out of town and I had a perfect opportunity to go watch college football, eat wings, & drink beer. South Carolina was playing Florida and OSU was playing Northwestern. 70% of the bar was OSU fans so the biggest TV had OSU pounding Northwestern while the better and much closer game between SC & UF was being shown on a 32" LCD tv. There were a few of us gators in the bar and we had a couple of tOSU fans rib us a bit. But...look how it turned out in the end.

I know, don't remind me. Actually just FYI, B-dubs was founded in Columbus, Ohio by a graduate of tOSU. So it is mandatory for all Ohio State games to be shown at every location around the country.

Yeah, they have great food. I go for an order of boneless mango habanero wings with an order of buffalo chips w/cheese. deeeelish! They have one of the best sports bar atmospheres that you will find at a restaurant anywhere. Well, at least its not a total OSU homer place.

Quote from Wikipedia.org (The original location closed after the OSU / UM game last year)

"The original location itself closed on November 19, 2006. In late June 2007 the new Buffalo Wild Wings opened at Ohio State University in Columbus. This location would be the return to the original location which would become the company's flagship location. This massive store has over 75 televisions and spans over 8,000 square feet. The location is just two blocks north of the original. It would have been opened when the old one closed but construction ran longer than expected delaying the re-opening."

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Anytime I go anywhere that has one I always stop in. Sure is a shame though that an OSU grad came up with that concept.

^I know, right? Except I get paid when I walk in the door! Not a bad college gig I say. Plus so far there I've met Tubby Smith, Billy Gillispie, Saul Smith, Roger Clemens, Patrick Patterson, and Mitch Barnhartt. Jeff Bagwell was in there yesterday, but I was off work! Grrrr!

Too bad you couldn't have gotten the tips from those tables.
