Man, you haven't been keeping up with LSU recently. All our talent has ended up in the pros the past five years before they ever set foot in Alex Box Stadium. This a major accomplishment for this team and they're probably a year ahead of where we thought they would be a this time. We were picked 5th in the west. I agree with GreauxTo, who would have thunk it?

I would have, you're still LSU baseball...arguably the best school when it comes to baseball in the SEC. You still have more talent then we do here in Tuscaloosa, and not to mention the state of Louisiana is always loaded. Yes you guys aren't as good as in most years, but this isn't shocking what so ever.

Oh and I'm still pissed about 97, that was my all-time favorite Bama team. Andy Phillips is from my hometown.

That was a great 97 team forsure at Bama coming into the CWS with a #1 seed. I think LSU was a #2 seed. But that was definitely during LSU prime of baseball. Wow! What a series! Andy Phillips was incredible while at Bama. Hey, wasn't he the dude that hit a HR at his first at bat with the Yankees? I think that was him. He was like a vacuum cleaner in the infield.

But I wouldn't do anything like!

Georgia is absolutely the SEC's best this year, and probably has our best chance of bringing home the CWS Championship from the SEC. I hope we get to play you guys again in the SEC tourney to see how far we've come since the last time we played you guys. My Tigers are playing some really good ball right now....which is about time!

Alabama and Arkansas are the only two teams in the league with an all-time winning record against Carolina. Those two have 3 and 4 game leads respectively. We're tied with LSU all-time (thanks to that sweep y'all put on us a few weeks ago).
