I dont think he will take the position as AD even if it's offered to him. He talks about how running out onto the field every spring makes him feel like a kid again. He also greatly appreciates the opportunity to work with kids and help them not only with baseball but personal matters as well. I dont think he would trade any desk job in the world for the type of feelings you can get as a head coach. Thats just my opinion from articles I've read but I think it's pretty safe to say he will be our baseball coach for a while.
