Green boxes represent your reputation, though I'm not sure how you get more boxes or different shades of green for them. I have no idea what the stars are for and what they mean or even how they work.

It goes up to five unfilled stars and then stars over with filled stars. Then it says 10k+ once you hit that point and you cry and ask why do I spend this much time on a message board and how has my work productivity suffered because of it.

Some people have to much time on their hands and believe all the world needs to read what they have to say 10 times a day!
Politicians should be required to wear uniforms like NASCAR. At least the TAXPAYERS would know who their corporate sponsors are !
