There is no way to be 100% sure but it does not sound like suicide. A drunken accident is probably what really went down.
What a shame it is too. Im sure this is hard for his family to digest as well.

My question is, what the hell are you doing on the edge of a cliff drunk as hell? If my BAC was .238 something, I couldn't find my ass with both hands let alone climb to a ledge.

I'm with KN...I don't mean to disrespect the guy in death but if you're drinking enough to have a .23+ BAC, a 100'+ cliff probably isn't the best place to be. I don't even want to try & imagine what his parents and the rest of his family must be going through.
