4 years ago on my son's birthday, he was given the choice to go for a week (during his spring break) anywhere within a day's drive. Like the son I raised, he chose Oxford for spring football practice sessions, baseball games, and any other school functions we could attend. We were given a tour of the IPF by one Robert Lane (he was still playing and O was the coach). Robert took the time for my son and even "set up" a little picture and visit session with a small group of Rebel WR's. Following the little session, I told my wife that these three young men that took time for my three kids "were going to go far, not just as reb football players, but in life.....they are really great young men!!" My son still has the picture blown up on his wall.......those three players were: Dexter McCluster, Shay Hodge, and Mike Wallace.
Yeah, I think they did well...........Hotty Toddy, boys, and thanks for the memories!!!!!!!!!
