Default Ole Miss Facilities - O-U Stadium Swayze Field
The baseball stadium expansion has been a long time coming. Expected to be ready for the last year's 2008 season, it was pushed back due to escalating construction costs while modifications to the ticket structure also took place. Here are the before pictures of the stadium that show the primary areas of change.

Here are the pictures drawn up for the expansion as it should look when completed:

This is another fantastic expansion by Ole Miss. I can not wait for this to be done. It will only add to the excitement and atmosphere of all the games. I do have a question, though. Where will the general admission sit?

The UMAA Foundation website has the new brochure on its website showing the seating arrangements. The three upper level seating areas you see down the first and third base lines are deemed to be non-priority which I can only assume is going to be general admission. Basically, these are the seating areas that will be in addition to what is currently in the grandstand. The boxes at field level are season ticket requirements. Of course, if you're going to be general admission, you might as well sit in the outfield. It's a party out there.
