Man, I was checking that thing out in the article and interview with Jerry Jones in last week's SI, and it's going to be unlike anything any of us has ever seen. He's overspending his own money to make a statement and lasting tribute to himself and the Dallas Cowboys. I might just try to go to a game simply to see the dam* thing, and I don't even follow them since Emmitt left. Great article, btw, if you get a chance to read it.

My biggest complaint with the No Fun League is that it's soulless for the most part. Too corporate, too mercenary-like. But seeing this stadium, I mean damn Jerry you're making a serious statement here. I'd come just for the fact that attending a football game here is powerful enough on its own merit. NFL or Cotton Bowl, I sure as hell would accept a ticket for an event here.

i was in Dallas for the Rangers opening game and those annoying Cowboy fans were talking about moving the Cotton Bowl there and making it a BCS bowl as if by saying it makes it true.

i knew that was happening since the old Cotton Bowl is a dump. but just because they have a nice new stadium, they're not getting in the BCS rotation. they also said the BCS was gonna drop the Sugar Bowl. stupid big 12 fans.

Jones is so full of himself. I'll just about bet you before its all said and done he will have a statue of himself dressed up like Caesar as tall as The Statue of Liberty out front. Instead of a torch , he will have a set of bull testicles.
