Default Two game 7s this weekend
Two gritty teams forced game 7s last night as Orlando rode Superman's back to a close faught victory and the Rockets behind a balanced attack handily defeated the Lakers. I think both teams lose on the road in game 7, but you have to hand it to both teams for playing so tough. Especially the Rockets as they have been without McGrady all season and they lost Yao for the season during this series yet continue to play tough. Sacramento sure made a dumb move firing Adelman. That guy is a good coach.

i know this isn't exactly what you were talking about, but am i the only one here who wouldn't be disappointed if it's not Kobe/Lebron in the finals?

Denver, Orlando, or Houston in the finals might be Stern's nightmare, but it's alright by me...

I would like to see Houston to win in Game 7 even being on road is not easy on them. For another matchup between Boston and Orlando, I am not big fan of Boston but I believe they will win on home court. My pick will be Houston and Boston on Sunday! Down to 4 teams, Cleveland, Denver, Boston and Houston! Kings made a mistake and cant take it back! Too bad for them!

Cleveland is just resting up and waiting. Cleveland definitely makes it...as for LA they should as well.

I think many fans enjoy an upset. I am kind of torn here because Cleveland and LA would be the marquee match up and be awesome to watch, but it would be very interesting if either Houston or Denver upset LA. I doubt anyone either Boston or Orlando can defeat Cleveland.

Lakers dominate at home, but Celtics lay an egg. I think Howard's defense controlled this game. The Celtics were afraid to take it to the hole. Rondo was nowhere near as aggressive and even when he was not blocking shots Howard was in the heads of the Celtics. Perkins missed two point blank lay ups. Orlando was also nailing the threes.

How big was the Rafer Alston trade for Orlando after Nelson was hurt? (do you really need a question mark for a rhetorical question?)

The Denver/Laker series will be interesting. When people think of Denver they think Melo and Chauncey, but the announcers and analysts are warning that the Lakers may not be able to contend with Nene, the Birdman, and Kenyon Martin. Should be a great series.

Nene is definitely playing the best ball of his career, whether it shows up in the stats sheet or not. I know Stern and ABC are praying for anything but Denver/Orlando since that's simply not going to interest the casual NBA fan....aka, me.

I've really enjoyed the playoffs this year from what I have watched. I think any matchup of the final four teams would be worth watching. Of course anything beside Kobe vs. Lebron would have less star power.
