Default Croom Keeps Throwing Players Away
Ive heard that this last week Croom kicked another 17 players off the team and that State will be starting as of now with only 52 scholarship guys... can anyone confirm this for me?

Also heard one of them quitters say that "his expectations are too high"...

Yeah what a shame a coach expects you to win every game you play, give 110% and go to class... go figure...

Man sounds like Croom is an old fashioned coach that doesn't take any sh*t....i really like the guy but part of that may be from when he coached RBs in Green Bay for so long....

in three or four years croom is going to have something good rolling a well disciplined, tough, dedicated and trouble free player base that plays well for years to come he comes from the bryant school of coaching and people say he is a carbon copy of the bear as far as coaching style goes just be patient and the state fans will be rewarded

Oh yeah I agree... I think Croom is gonna be awesome, and personally, Id rather have 52 players who wanted to play and do what I said versus 70 that only gave a half @$$ effort. Im looking forward to a few years down the road... just gotta get his players in there now, and avoid any more violation crap.

Your team will be better off in the long run. I like your coach by the way. Looks like there may be several SEC teams short staffed this year. Should be fun to watch. See which team wears out first!!
