Default Long Trip Over
It was a long trip from DFW to Seattle... I go there on business a few times a year, so I knew what to expect.. Still, it takes time to acclimate yourself to that 2 hour difference..

But, I have got to say.. Tiger fans took over downtown. Thousands of Tigers in the streets. Washington fans are great.. they had great fun.. but they didn't have high expectations the night before or the day of the game.. I'd imagine it is a different story downtown today... as it should be. I doubt these guys go too long without a W THIS season.

The stadium was raucous.. Tiger fans were loud, as usual.. and the band and fans made an impression on the folks of the Pacific Northwest, I can assure you.

Our guys on the field looked pretty sluggish, for the most part.. but hey.. a W is a W is a W...

I'm old enough to remember seeing these guys come into Tiger Stadium in the 70's.. they traveled well back then..

Anyway, it was a long trip there, and a long trip back... but it was absolutely worth it

Much better game than I expected to say the least. I laughed at some friends the other day when they were talking about a possible upset, but it turned out to be a real possiblility. There were a hell of a lot of LSU fans around town, I'd say as many as any Pac-10 opponent the weekend of a game. If Locker can stay healthy he will be a stud. If LSU wants to stay in the top 10 they will have to play better defense. my $0.02
Were you blessed? I guess for never knowing which road you're choosing.
