LSU is much bigger than Ryan Perrilloux and LSU football will continue to be sucessful without his service. As many on this site know, I have tried very patiently to defend Coach Miles and his decision to hang on to the hope that this young man would change his weary ways. Without a doubt, Miles has made the right decision for LSU. Without a doubt, Perrilloux made the wrong decision for Perrilloux.
But as sad as I am for LSU losing someone they were counting on to be a huge play maker next year, I am doublely(sp?) sadden that this young man has blown his opportunity to make something out of himself as a human being and his opportunity to make a very nice living for himself and his family at the next level.
I will be able to talk more about this a little later, a little bummed out right now!
P.S.
Can you say, "Jarrett Lee for Heisman" ?

thatsa really a shame CF....kid had alot of talent and IMO looks like no heart...I was hoping he was going to turn it around. I was really looking forward to seeing him play also.

Ryan Perrilloux is bigger than LSU Football. If you do not believe me, just ask him. RTR
And when he answers you, he won't be speaking as an LSU Tiger any longer. It's always been about him, and it always will be. Which is exactly why LSU will be playing football on Saturdays while Perrilloux will be doing/selling drugs on Saturdays. Unbelievable stupidity! My mind can't even comprehend this lack of respect for common sense and decency. Man, I promised my wife I would stay cool and calm through this. But Perrilloux is in for a rude awakening in the years ahead...if he's able to stay alive that long.

Dude chillout...it's not the end of the world.

I'm chilled, and I can promise you it's certainly not an "end of the world" event. But as a fan, I'm disappointed and a little ticked off, but I'm chilled! I guess I should have used a few more . But thanks man for your concern!

Schools such as LSU wont and shouldnt mourn after one single player for too long. This is what i am saying all the time: In my book, a player, a coach...they are all ranked below the organization as a whole. Our coach Saban is there to serve Bama and not the other way around. Coaches and players come and go but teams, fans and organizations remain. Perrilloux is not LSU. LSU actually gave him a chance to become the good player that he was. LSU will now give kids like Lee and Hatch the same chances as they used to give to Perrilloux to develop. Thats it. This is how things work.
