BATON ROUGE -- On Monday, the Southeastern Conference announced its television schedule for the weekend of Sept. 26. LSU will travel to face Mississippi State for an 11:21 a.m. CT kickoff on the SEC Network.

Yep, and LSU sucks in these types of games, especially when Miles has been there. I'm picking MSU in this one. They crave some respect, but more importantly, need a win. LSU is not the same LSU we've seen in recent years. Plus, Les Miles is still the HC.

You would think the law of averages would catch up with us vs. MSU:

LSU has now won 16 games out of the last 17 games vs. MSU.
LSU has now won 9 games in a row vs MSU.

Here's hoping that streak continues for many years to come. MSU is an improving team and will play LSU tough. Should be a another great SEC game, but it is a shame the time has been moved to that early.
