UK's done it before, I dont think its insane to think they can do it again. Who's gonna stop us?

You guys won't sweep the SEC. You've got a really tough game in Starkville, and I wouldn't be surprised if you lost to Bruce Pearl in one of your two meetings.

Much like many Crimson Tide fans, you don't seem to realize that it's no longer the 60s.

First point, the last team to sweep the SEC was UK in 2003, before that it was UK in 96
Second point,UK swept UT last year with a drunken Billy Clyde at the helm
Third point, it doesn’t matter what decade you choose, state fans have nothing to brag about

I will agree that state is going to be one of the bigger SEC games and I’m personally looking forward to it. That said, I think we can sweep the SEC but im not going to guarantee anything.

Finally, much like many state fans, you don’t seem to realize its still UK’s league

We can always brag about our older baseball teams. Every SEC team has something.

Yeah....just like in football UT has our number, we've got theirs in basketball. We've beaten them more than any team ever. Vandy isn't too far behind 'em I think. The difference between us and Bama, name a decade where Kentucky basketball hasn't been kicking @$$ or relevant. Bama had some rough stretches. Since Rupp started coaching here in the 30's, we've been tops. We started slippin, we handled that.

Anyway, enough of that. Well, Henry's a superb SG, no denying Kansas has a great one there. His dad I didn't want any part of and I know KU doesn't either, even though he's a former Jayhawk anyway, he should be their problem

The way I look at it, we're the same team today as we were before, and we have a pretty DAMN good team. There's a reason Kansas-Kentucky is the odds on favorite for the national title game this year. Which kinda bothers me...I think Michigan State will be there, not us, if you want me to be completely truthful. But anyway, we stood to lose nothing and gain everything, so I'm not really sour.

It made for an interesting night over on TCP for sure.

We have a lot to brag about. Baseball, and Kentucky aside... we're pretty high up there on the food chain in basketball. Just like in 1996 when yall won the NCAA National Championship... we won the SEC...

The SEC is going to be stacked next year, UK and MSU being the two best two. You won't sweep the SEC. If it had been last year, you could have. Not 2009-2010.

UK has been pretty irrelevant this decade. Yes, a title in 2003... but Florida has one too. More recent.

UK will be back, but next year MSU will own atleast one of those games. Quite possibly it might come down to home-court-advantage. Rupp and the Hump are the two hardest places to play in the SEC.

According to Rivals this actually the #2 UK recruiting thread. Scout has it ranked 4th and ESPN U has it as their #1 overall. We all know those thread rankings don't mean a damn thing though

Ya'll won the SEC tournament. We won the SEC regular season and national title. You also had to beat us to win that tourney title.
