Meeks/Patterson.....Patterson/Meeks....get used to that sound right now non-UK fans....you're going to be hearing it alot.

I look around the rest of the SEC, and I think it's beyond reasonable for us to expect to win the SEC once again this year. Florida looks alright....the Vols lost 5 of their top 8 scorers....but you wouldn't know that from the way they talk about their team. Arkansas is going to be just as bad in hoops as they are in football...they lost a TON of talent. Even Beverley has left the program.

If Gillispie can pull a 12-4 SEC record out of last year's team, this year should be smooth sailing for the Cats!

I'd love to see it!! I'm ready for UK to re-establish it's dominance on the hardwood. I'm still not sold on the point guard position, though. If we can develop someone than can create and/or dish with consistency, then I think UK will do very well. This assumes a healthy PP.
