Im curious to know what you guys would like to see happen with him for the rest of the year. He has not been as advertised. Not overly accurate nor does he make great decisions. Those two things were supposed to be his claim to fame. The only thing i see that was said about him is that he is more emotional then MS or so they say. Which is i guess why he celebrates like a mad man everytime he throws a TD pass. Has already thrown more pics then MS did in his soph or jr years and will easily pass MS's INT total from even his freshman year. not to mention he hung AJ out over the middle vs. florida and got him hurt.

Aaron Murray is apparently 100% healthy now, and has said he has the offense down. He has also done very well with the scout offense against the 1st team defense.

No need to pull the redshirt of Murray. I would just like to see Cox/Gray split time. Lets just see what Gray can do at QB.

No need to go through growing pains once again, get Murray in, its not like we are playing any decent defenses the rest of the year. No harm in this at all, besides him losing a year of play.
Get him ready for next year, which still improves our chances this year I think. Hell, he beat Cox and Gray pretty consistently during spring practice

No need to pull the redshirts from Murray or Mettenger. I say give Grey a try he can't be much worse. Next year needs to be Aaron and Zach with the heavy use of Zachs size as a running QB when we need the short yardage plays. I have heard his arm is stronger than Staffords but his decision making isn't there. Murray is supposed to be the man when its his time. We will see but I wouldn't make it this year so if he works out maybe we can get four full years out of him.

other:

Whatever happened to the old Shockley series.

He would get scripted series behind Greene. All they're giving to Gray is one touch which is that gay qb read.

Start Cox but give Gray one series a quarter or half or something. Don't just put him in for one run.
Taste the fear!

I think you need to leave Cox as the starter. There's still something to salvage from this season, and you definitely want to go bowling; if for no other reason than recruiting. You absolutely do not want to be absent from the post-season when NSD is looming a month later.

4 games left to win 2, and be bowl eligible. Shouldn't be a problem, looking at the remainder of the schedule; but honestly, Cox still gives you the best chance to win those games. You don't want to be experimenting now, and finding out how the rookies react to SEC play... it usually doesn't go well at first, regardless of how good they look in practice while wearing the "Don't Hit Me" jersey.
