It came out today or yesterday. Does anyone have it yet? What do you think about it?

I'm giving it a week or two before I get it. I like ot have the rosters and going by past experience, it's usually a good week or two before there are really good roster files out there.

I hear the PS3 version has some pretty nasty bug that takes some teams completely out of the game and/or causes game to freeze if you use a modified roster & that they're trying to fix it via patch now. I don't have a PS3 but read that on another board...

I'm for getting in an online dynasty at some point when I do get it if anyone is interested in that on XBox 360.....

It's a better version of last year's game. Your players are more responsive to controls and the long ball is THE weapon of choice. But if you play as WV, you can run the ball all day. WV is the team beginners and cowards use. Georgia is very good, Clemson has the best playbook thus far in my opinion, and Florida isn't nearly as good as I thought they would be. The timing of the game has also changed. It's harder to break tackles.

Decent game, I'd say it's a B+.

College Pageantry my ass. They still haven't gotten the crowds right, the reactions are still a little slow and Home field advantage isn't nearly the advantage I thought it would be. The atmosphere is a disappointment. But it's still a huge step up from 08 and 07.

I got it on PS2 until I get the new system (still haven't decided on XBox or PS3), and I think it's a total waste of money.

A few very minor graphics changes, and that's about it. I haven't gotten to (off-season) recruiting yet, but the only major change I've noticed is the "game prep" function that doesn't really work. Hawaii runs the 4-3 (according to game prep), and they came out in a 30 defense almost exclusively.

I was talking about the XBOX 360... just to clarify. The game looks good.... but not as much of an improvement as I was hoping for. My guess is that next year we will see an equally unimpressive attempt to add in more previously removed features, such as Create a school... an enhanced Home field advantage, and preparation for the next console upgrade. Once everything goes Blu Ray it may speed up the process of improvement, but these games will continue to be lacking as long as they refuse to make the game more interactive and refuse to add in more fan flattering alternate reality features. They should make fans more of a focus than they do while keeping gameplay, which was a big improvement this year where it is at.

got it for PS3 and absolutely love it. the gameplay (which is all that matters to me) is much improved, the BIG PLAY is definitely a factor as they tried to showcase the wide open nature of college football. Couldn't be happier

Yea, the problem with the rosters stems from really long names like Witherspoon (apparently shortening this to Withers will fix one of the teams) and abnormal characters in last names like apostrophes.

I'm using a moded roster and all the teams are still there. I think they need to make it where weather affects stuff and lighting changes as the game goes on, but other than that it's a damn good game.

If you go back in and edit a downloaded roster while online, it wigs out. It's a weird glitch.

i just got it and am wondering a few things like why cant a change the RB button to a a receiver(madden) instead of throwing the ball away....why is ole miss overall have an 84 ranking and state has a 74??....why is wesley carroll im impact player instead of anthony dixon??....why is jevan snead an impact player though he has never played a down??....the gameplay is better though.....
