SECTalk.com will host two basketball pick 'em contests for 2009-2010:
-2009 SEC Basketball Regular Season (including Tournament)
-2010 March Madness

All games have been submitted for the 2009-10 SEC Basketball Regular Season. The tournaments obviously cannot be entered until the matchups are known. This is not a spread based contest, you simply pick the winner of each game. To get to the Picks page, click "Quick Links" in the navigation bar, and select "Pick 'Ems" at the end of the drop-down menu. There is also a reminder box on the sidebar on just about every page throughout the site. You can get to the current week's Pick 'Ems by following the included link.

Picking Schedule

You should submit your Week 1 SEC picks before 10 P.M. (CST) Thursday, November 12th. Every subsequent week's picks are due on Tuesday nights. Weeks will run from Wednesday to the following Tuesday so watch out for Tuesday night games to be included in the previous week.

Participation

Any registered user may register in any and all contests. However, only members with 100 or more posts will be eligible for prizes. Furthermore, ties for prizes will be broken by post count.

As in the past, we have Fatheads for the first place winner. Included is the list of the available Fatheads:

Michael Redd
Jermaine O'Neal
Elton Brand
Jonathan Vilma
Reggie Bush
Shaun Alexander
Jason Taylor
Roy Williams (WR)

---

The SEC Tournament and March Madness Pools will be announced in this thread when time comes.

Just as in the past, Gamecock_Fan will be handling all Pick 'Ems contests. Major props go out to him. If you have any questions regarding the contest, feel free to contact the either of us.

Thanks for reading, and good luck to everyone.
