At this point, when any non-SEC team that is undefeated loses, it's good in my book. It further improves the chances of an SEC team making it to the NC Game.

Although I have no love for Iowa, I was kinda pulling for them... They aren't your usual Overrated State U or UM and they have never really been that great a team, I would have liked to see them run the table, it wouldn't have really mattered to any of the SEC teams in contention for a NC, as it will likely be secc vs texas for NC. Then Iowa would be in a big bowl for once, not tosu or um or psu etc. but whatever, who cares?

I had this game going on in the background, and to be honest, the game didn't look any different than any other game they've played this year. The only difference was they didn't have more points on the board this time. This loss was coming for Iowa, they should be lucky to only have 1 loss.

Yea, well im not really a fan of all the media hype surronding non SEC undeffeteds..... But I hear Iowa does have some pretty cool fans, but I have never met one. But, this means that now Penn State has a shot at getting back into the Rose Bowl.

Yeah, I'm happy about it... they never had any business being ranked where they were in the first place. Only beating 1-AA Nothern Iowa by 1 point because of 2 FG blocks should have kept them out of the Top 10 anyway. Also ironic that on their final possession they didn't get a flag at home on a PI call that would have extended their drive, after winning other games this year with the help of officials.

PSU has a shot but it looks like the Nittany Lions are loaded with blanks. God the Big Ten is awful.

Ah the Big Ten isn't awful, just a lot more parody in the conference this year rather than being dominated by one team. The Big 10 was pretty wide open for most of this year until this past weekend. There are however, No elite teams in the conference this year, tOSU has underachieved as usual and plays well periodically, but honestly I think our conference strenght is getting better overall. Bowl season will judge that how far we've come. Iowa was overated from the get go but they are still a lot better than Boise St., TCU, and or Cincinnati. Remember this is the same Iowa team that smashed So. Carolina last year in the Outback bowl. As far as the non-BCS schools, Cincinnati is probably the best of the three but will get demolished in a bowl game against a descent BCS school. Same with BSU and TCU. BTW, their is no way Cincinnati is the best team in Ohio even if tOSU is below par this year. You guys outta be raggin on the Big East, Pac 10 and Big 12 for being more pathetic than the Big 10.

Yes indeed, the Big 10 is just one big parody of college football

Not at all. I would have rather seen Iowa playing Alabama for the NC than Texas.
