Tennessee Boston College and the Big East question
What do You think the chances are that BC will sometime soon return to the Big East? Quite a few BC Fans on their Message Board in the last year have said that joining the ACC was a mistake and that they get no attention at all. I think It could be a possibility. I think if BC left the ACC that East Carolina could be invited to join the ACC.

I can't imagine why the BC fans would be disappointed. They have an opportunity to see big time teams in football, Miami, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Clemson, etc. In basketball they see Duke, North Carolina,Maryland, Wake Forest and N C State. The past two years they have played in the title game in football with a chance to play in the Orange Bowl.

Why not us?? South Carolina, 2010 SEC EAST CHAMPIONS!

True but the closest ACC team to them is a 7hr drive away. There's never going to be a natural rival and very few fans will have the opportunity to go to a road game. I agree with you that in general the ACC is more advantageous since the money is probably better, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them return to the Big East eventually.
