Yeah, it's impressive in September... but here in the SEC we eat our own.

By the time November rolls around, there'll only be one SEC team left standing in the top 10.

Well, it is highly unlikely any conference has more than 2 or 3 top 10 teams by the end of the year.

But with the crap that is the Pac-10(minus USC), Big 10, Big East, ACC, it wouldn't shock me if the SEC/Big 12 had 3 or 4 by seasons end.

I do think a couple non-BCS teams like Boise State and ECU might make it in the top 10.
Congratulations Florida

Where is bamafannky when you want to point out that aside from SoCal, there isn't a single team from the Pac-10 in the AP top 25.

What are you talking about. The Pac-1 dominates the top 10. All one of their conference is ranked #1. 100% of their conference are ranked in the top 1. That is domination.

Wait till after the Oregon game. I have a sneaky feeling that USC also loses to Oregon to go "0 for Oregon".

Amazing how the only 2 undefeated East teams are nowhere to be found.....and the 2 in the Top 10 now won't be this time on Monday.
