He said that he will not allow himself to be recruited, which is the same thing. And it's funny after a week ago he said:
“If a coach wants me to come on a visit, I will,” Dyer said. “I’m going to commit to Auburn, but the recruiting process will continue.”
have you even read what he said when he comitted? he said that last week... read all the new stuff first.
on a side note: his highschool coach is an unbelievable glory hog...which is fitting since hes from arkansas. but i mean really, i think he intends to use this kid to get media exposure or something, quite sad.

Kind of like our current offensive coordinator did a few years ago.. gotta do what you gotta do to get ahead.
Yes, WE. I have read all the new comments by Dyer. You are still going to hear about Dyer being recruited, talking to coaches, maybe taking a visit. I know that Mosley's dad still wants to go up to UT, and last I heard Dyer's dad did too. I don't know that this will ever happen, but there are plans is what I'm saying. If Dyer says he's shutting his recruitment down, he's not being particularly honest.
You guys are a little up tight, protecting Deyer like a baby cub.
Take some midol.
Cmon bro, dont act like yall didnt defend the Richardson commit the same way last year. The Tubberville roll over attitude is gone now on the plains. We have has sabo come in every thread we have about recruiting and tell us how we need to be worried about our top recruits going to UT and most folks are just fed up with it and gonna fire back.
There's no way in hell Dyer changes his commitment to UT. Hell will freeze over and pigs will fly out of my azz before that happens.
I dont know if you are being serious or not Rob, but that is my thoughts as well. Now I will not say no way is he going to another school, but I dont think it would be UT. It seems like what they are selling you are either in or out, there is no inbetween. And as I have stated before if that is what he wants then he dont need to be at AU.
I hope some of you watched Dyer's high school game on ESPN last nite. If you did you now know how he racks up those numbers. He plays in a lower classification against inferior competition. Add that to the fact that he plays for a private school which recruits players and is stacked against that competition and he should put up those numbers. I'm sure he's a really good back, the recruting services wouldn't have him rated so high if not, but he is gonna have a HUGE step up in competition.
