let me re phrase that, ive anal-ized it a hundred times.... i just dont see the guy going anywhere ese. however if UT gets mosley then ill be REAL worried. sounds like something kiffen would do too, land dyers best friend just to get him. I havent seen where he said he was rethinking his commitment date could you post the quote and source please? ive heard it alot from other people but not from anyone close to him or from dyer himself.
I won't repost, but it's on rivals. Says he is holding a press conference on friday Nov. 6th to declare his committment to playing in the UA all star game, but may postpone a college choice until a later date.
Vol fans seem certain that Dakota Moseley will be committing to them during the all star game friday night.
There are serious rumors that both Mosley and Dyer will commit to UT on Friday. TFWIW.
That's all I have though. No one knows anything and Dyer and Mosley have been dead quiet since their UT visit.
All smoke. Promise you Dyer is ours. He wouldn't tell everyone he is committing to us Friday, though soft and I recognize that, and then commit to someone else.

Well I'm not saying he would, but how can you be so sure of that?
You're a kid...you know how it is to make decisions. Like tonight did you go with Easy Mac or with Chef Boyardee? 16-18 year olds flip flop more than a politician, just get out of here with that.
The recruitment for star running back Marcus Lattimore will likely last until close to Signing Day.
While teams across the country have offered the five-star from Duncan (S.C.) Byrnes, only five schools will receive an official visit.
Auburn was his first stop this weekend. "I had a great time the whole time here. The academic meetings were good. The overall visit was great," Lattimore said.
One of the highlights for Lattimore was spending time with his two player-hosts -- running backs Ben Tate and Mario Fannin.
"They are just real down-to-earth. They're real too. I enjoyed hanging out with both those guys," Lattimore said.
"The thing about them, they've already got their degrees so they're heads are on straight. That says a lot about them."
A senior, Tate went over the 1,000-yard mark with 144 rushing yards in Saturday's 33-20 win over Ole Miss.
"The running back situation is pretty good for me," Lattimore said. "Ben Tate will be leaving and going to the NFL. I'll try to take his spot if I come here.
"I run a similar offense than they run right now. It would be an easy transition for me."
Lattimore said he was also impressed with Auburn's coaching staff including running backs coach Curtis Luper and offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn.
"The coaches, I like all these coaches. It just felt good here. It felt very comfortable here. I really can see myself playing here," Lattimore said.
"They are just straight-up, 100-percent real in everything that they say. It's just the way they are and how they coach. It's a bunch of great guys."
Lattimore said he also enjoyed the atmosphere at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
"It was a big win," he said. "They all know who I am. Everybody was yelling my name. That felt really good. It was just a great experience."
Lattimore is in no hurry to make a decision. He plans to officially visit Penn State next weekend for the Ohio State game. He's already scheduled a visit to Oregon Jan. 16 and plans to set up two more.
"I'm going to take all five of my visits to just make sure. I'll probably decide on Signing Day," he said.
Lattimore doesn't claim any favorites but it appears the Tigers will be a finalist for the nation's No. 2 running back until the end.
"I really don't have a leader right now but (Auburn) is going to be there til the end, I can tell you that," he said.
for those who missed his comments after the Ole Miss game
man if UT steals dyer thats just another reason to hate UT more, but they will be getting a good one if he ends up at UT, I really wanted him for auburn because he is such a stand up guy not to mention a great back... lattimore and seastrunk are obviously very talented but personally i think dyer is the best (or will end up being the best).
we will see friday how solid his commitment sounds.

Just from watching the videos of the three, I think the edge goes to
Size: Dyer
Speed: Seastrunk
Elusiveness: Seastrunk
Vision: All three are blue chip
Strength: Dyer
Agility: Seastrunk

oh yeah cant argue there coming out of highschool i agree. im just saying in 5 years dyer will come out on top out of the 3 barring injuries. (complete speculation of course but he just seems smarter and a much harder worker.)

Could be. I've tried to get info on what was going to happen and nobody seems to know. All I know of is the rumors. I think right now it is more likely that Dyer announces for Auburn. Not sure on Mosley. I would tend to think he'd align with Dyer though.
Yeah I'm liking this build up because I thought Deyer was a lock. Either way I won't be happy if he goes to either team. But where there's smoke there's fire...even if it's a small one.
Well too bad not every kid think the way a wishful fan does.
I never said they would, I said Oregon is making a push, It's asinine to think they're not realistic contenders.
You seem to be some kind of authority around here on Auburn recruiting now?
I can vouch for ats when it comes to recruiting info. He's brought a ton solid stuff to us Auburn fans before even Rivals knew anything about it. And everything he's brought us has panned out.
Win, Lose , or Draw... War Damn Eagle!
