Pretty good battle between 2 ranked teams. This will be a good test of how good the Big East and Big 12 look this year. Both of these teams hit #2 in the nation last year; but later proved to be pretenders. Same cast is back for both teams, as far as playmakers and QB's. It's KU 20 - USF 13 in the 3rd so far. It's turning out to be a pretty good game, after some initial sluggish play by USF.

It's a great game. Tied up at 20.

It might be. But, come on. Neither of these teams should be ranked.

I don't care if they should be ranked or not... it's a great game; probably better than most of the ones we'll see tomorrow. Leavitt must have had a serious talk with his team at halftime... Bulls roar back to score 14 unanswered, and take a 7-point lead. Bulls defense is absolutely crushing Reesing, after not being able to touch him in the first half.

Scratch that last comment... USF scores 21 unanswered to take a 14-point lead.

USF...they have been astonishing! I watched them fall behind 20-3 and thought it might end up being a blow-out. What did they do? They decided to suck it up and start playing some smash mouth ball, and here they are now 2 TD's ahead. They have had an amazing comeback.

Just finished with a field goal at the end to give USF the win 37-34 - great game and I loved the way USF came back at them. Looked like they had it all sown up and then Kansas came back at them.

I'm no super judge of this sort of thing but both teams looked pretty legit to me...

Holy cow, that one will be tough to top tomorrow. KU comes back and scores 2 TD's to tie it up. Then, USF has a chance to move down the field with 3 min. left, but stalls out. They punt and down the ball at the 7. KU then has 2+ min. to move back down the field. After a few first downs, Reesing finally makes his first and only mistake of the night. His pass gets picked off and returned to the KU 30. USF runs one running play, and lines up for a 43 yard field goal by their freshman kicker, with 2 seconds left. The kick looks wide right almost the whole way, before drawing back inside the right post by what looked like inches... for the win. Awesome game... and I was one of the few who picked USF in my Yahoo pickem.

What a fine football game for a fan on a Fryday nite. South Florida is some hard hitting cats. I seen some SEC caliber D-Backs in that thang tonight kids.

One team is down 20-3. The other team comes back to take a 34-20 lead. Then, not to be outdone, the other one comes back on them to tie it up. They both have chances to win in regulation, and the team trailing by 17 early ends up winning the game on a FG by a freshman with 2 seconds on the clock. Hell, that's a college football game; and all the reasons I even watch.

And, yes, they both looked plenty capable to me, too.

Isn't that a little extreme? It's the size of Texas.

He's trying to be a smartass. I took the time to resize that avatar and send it to Manshu to put in the system. Apparently he hasn't got to it yet. He's busy with school and stuff, but TD thinks he's cute by using the one that was already in there and trying to embarrass me. He's just a loser with nothing better to do and no skills of his own so he feels bigger by ridiculing those who try to help him.
