Jesse: A Nut Job for Obama

WASHINGTON - In a shocking blast at Barack Obama (http://www.nypost.com/news/p/obama_barack/obama_barack.htm) that was caught on tape, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said, "I wanna cut his nuts out."

His whispered comments - accompanied by his hand-miming a cutting motion - were picked up by a live mike at a news conference in Chicago.

I saw that clip. Unbelievable. I sense a touch of jealousy on Jackson's part. It's amazing really. He claimed that Obama was "talking down" to black people at an event, and in reality, the things that Obama was saying had no hint of talking down at all. He was basically saying that black men need to become more responsible and take care of their families and so on, kind of the same stuff that Bill Cosby has been saying for years. Of course Bill Cosby got shunned, but it's interesting because Jackson may actually feel threatened. Now that people are on Obama's bandwagon, they may actually listen to what he has to say, and (gasp!) agree with it, even if it is critical of the black community. If things actually started to change for the better as a result of Obama's comments, Jackson would be out of a "job". So is the black community going to back Jackson, a long time "civil rights" activist or Obama, the golden boy? No doubt in my mind it will be Obama. Do they look back and now say, ok Cosby, you were right, you can be black again...who knows.
